Emily Flanary
Kitchen & Bath Designer
Emily brings over seven years of design experience, six of those focused in kitchen and bath design. Her work blends creativity, precision, and a genuine passion for transforming spaces into something both beautiful and functional. Recognised for her exceptional talent, she has received Kitchen of the Month and was selected to attend the NKBA Women2Women Conference in 2024.
Whether she’s guiding homeowners through a remodel or collaborating with builders on new construction, Emily takes pride in listening closely to her clients and translating their needs into thoughtful, lasting design solutions. Her goal is always to create spaces that reflect her clients’ lifestyles while offering comfort, beauty, and functionality in equal measure.
Outside the studio, Emily enjoys time on the water with her husband, their first child, and their dog.
Evan Bowers
Project Manager
Evan brings over 15 years of experience in sales, customer service, and project management. A graduate of Wright State University, he has developed his expertise working with several Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries. While he has found success in the corporate world, Evan’s true passion has always been in the trades, a path inspired by his early experience working for a small construction company in high school.
Evan lives in Troy, Ohio, with his wife, Sara. Outside of work, they enjoy playing golf and spending time with friends.
Leah Trimble
Kitchen & Bath Designer
Leah brings nearly two decades of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, paired with a degree in Interior Design. Since 2007, she has been dedicated to helping clients bring their dream spaces to life through thoughtful, functional, and beautiful design.
Her passion for residential remodeling began in college and has grown into a career marked by a detail-driven, caring approach, whether she’s working directly with homeowners or collaborating with trade professionals.
Outside the studio, Leah enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two kids, often cheering them on from the sidelines of their latest sporting events.
